Delivery
We offer same day delivery on orders placed before 6:00PM. Delivery is FREE of charge on orders over $50.00.
Payment
Once online payment is received and processed, we will arrange delivery. If you opt to pay cash upon delivery we will schedule delivery to you.

Refunds/Returns
All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
We urge all customers to examine their hair/products carefully before purchasing.
International Shipping
International orders take 3-7 days to ship after payment is processed. If the wig is on-hand and ready to be shipped, it will take 2-3 days. Please note that custom/pre-orders will take 5-10 days to be shipped.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Family Island orders take 1-3 days to ship after payment is processed if the wig is on-hand and ready to be shipped. Please note that custom/pre-orders will take 5-10 days to be shipped.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- $38.00 for air transport.
- $5.00 for boat transport.
Layaway
Initial Layaway payment must be a minimum of 50% of the product price. For example, if your product total is $150.00 you must pay a minimum of $75.00 to put your item on layaway. All customers have 30 days to pay in full.

1. What type of hair do you sell?
- We sell 100% 10a Virgin Human Hair.
2. Where are you located?
- We are located in Silver Gates Estates, Nassau Bahamas.
3. What kind of Lace do you sell?
- We sell Transparent Lace wigs, but you can pre-order HD lace from us.
4, Do you sell hair that's longer than 30"
- Yes we do! However, we do not keep them on hand. Any custom lengths or colors that you do not see on our site can be pre-ordered.
5. Can your hair be bleached?
- Yes our hair can be bleached to 613 in 1-2 processes depending on the strength of the bleach and developer being used. We do recommend that you allow licensed professionals to process your hair to ensure the best results and longevity.
6. What density is your hair?
- Our standard wig density is 180% and goes up to 200% depending on the unit.
